CROSSFIT

We offer a robust schedule of group CrossFit classes where you’ll be surrounded by supportive coaches and other inspiring like-minded athletes. Class typically consists of a warm up, a session on strength, skill and/or mobility development and then, of course, the WOD (Work Out of the Day). These workouts combine a variety of movements and exercises across multiple disciplines. CrossFitters lift weights, swing kettlebells, climb and jump ropes, throw weighted medicine balls, carry sandbags, and flip tires. They run, row, jump onto boxes, and perform pulls-ups, push-ups, dips and other bodyweight and gymnastics movements.

MOBILITY

Increased range of motion can generate power and promote efficiency of functional movements through improved position and posture. Join us as we utilize ROMWOD to help us with our range of motion and recovery.

OPEN GYM

Open Gym is an opportunity to choose your own workouts and practice movements at your own pace. You can also utilize this time to use our Competitive training program.

Depending on your competition experience and your current athletic abilities, you can apply to train using our competitive programming. This is an advanced class so you must complete our Competitor Program Standard List to ensure you qualify.

SPARTAN SGX TRAINING

Our goal as certified Spartan SGX coaches is to help you become a better human. The program is designed for all fitness levels and is grounded with functional bodyweight exercises that will help to improve agility, athleticism, and power. The workouts are progressive so we will move through a 12-week course starting with function and mobility and then progress into strength and power, and lastly finish with obstacle training. We will be right alongside you coaching you on nutritional and lifestyle habits all the while building you up as a person. Because participating in a Spartan Race requires all around fitness, following an SGX program will develop you into a well-rounded athlete ready to take on any obstacle that may come in your path!

ENDURANCE

By far our most popular class. Our 9am Saturday Endurance class is a mix of obstacle race training, extreme boot camp and lots of running, rowing and biking. These classes tend to be 20-40 minute workouts and will test even the most advanced athletes cardio capabilities.
